There are many similar products on the market, but this little collection of cards is truly inspiring. This reviewer set the cards out on a desk and drew a card each morning. The affirmations printed on the cards acted like a mantra for the rest of the day. Simply repeat over and over to yourself throughout the day and soon it becomes your reality

Each .75-by-2.75-inch card contains the words "I am..." with a different word or phrase completing the affirmation. Users mix the cards in the bag, a dish, or a basket, focus, and choose a card. After reading the message, people can leave the card in plain view or carry it in a pocket or purse to reinforce the message throughout the day. Joy's insights in creating these wonderful "I am..." cards make them a delight. The care she's put into them to make them a sweet experience to the "first 5" senses, as well as the 6th, give an added richness to the internal messages and recognitions they evoke. I'd say if the friends you love most don't have a set, it would be a good thing for you to take care of that. And if you don't have yourself on that "loved most" list... perhaps those are excellent moments for you to pick a card and be reminded... "I am..."
