I let go of the need for approval

If we have a need for approval then we have low self-esteem. Low self-esteem may come from experiences in childhood like lack of positive feedback as a child and sense of neglect as a child.

Let’s look for a couple of steps to reduce the need for approval. 1) Develop a list of the positive attributes you possess. 2) Create positive affirmations to use on a regular basis. Examples would be I am…enough. I am…talented. I am…creative.
