Guidelines for Use:
Find a place to thoroughly mix the cards. You can place them face down in front of you, or in a dish, or in the bag
you received them in (note: there are 150 cards in the deck). Focus in on yourself at this moment. Then without looking,
draw a out a card. Read the message.
Examples of cards:
- I am... Happy
- I am... Creative
- I am... Lucky
- I am... Perfect just the way I am
- I am... Healthy
From this point on you have choices. You can leave this card out to reflect on for a day, a week or longer. You can
pull several cards. Try creating an "I am..." map: place a picture of yourself on paper and surround it with
"I am..." phrases of your choice. This "map" of phrases is based on the image that you desire to hold
and create for yourself.
Every card you draw from the set can have significance. You may not understand a particular card's relevance until
time has passed, so keep an open mind and pay attention to your thoughts and feelings when selecting cards. Be creative
and have fun.
